*A fully refundable
security deposit of 250 pounds is payable upon arrival, which will be
refunded after departure if no damages have occurred.
* Full refund will be given if cancellation is made 30 days in advance,
seventy-five per cent refund if cancellation occurs 29 -21 days in
advance, fifty per cent refund 20 -14 days in advance, twenty-five per
cent 13 - 7 days in advance. No refund will be forthcoming for a
cancellation made in less than seven days.
